The PSU teamed up with the Food Justice Alliance over Halloween Weekend to promote awareness of Fair Trade Chocolate on GW's campus. We went reverse trick-or-treating in Thurston, held a Fair Trade Bake Sale and hosted a screening of The Dark Side of Chocolate.
During a meeting with Sodexo manager Sam Ramos, we asked that the Marvin Center offer Fair Trade chocolate bars to students. We were thrilled with his positive response. They will be available this week, so stay on the lookout!

Now, we will expand the campaign. First, we will ask the independent grocers around campus to carry Fair Trade chocolate. Then, after sustained consumer support, we will extend our call for Fair Trade options into other products.
